Tortellini Soup


Tortellini Soup

3 - 14 oz. cans chicken broth


2 - 9 oz. packages refrigerated cheese tortellini


1 - 15 oz. can cannelini beans, rinsed, drained


1 - 4 oz. jar chopped pimento


1 teaspoon dried basil


1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar


Salt and Pepper



  • In large saucepan, bring chicken broth to a boil; add tortellini anc cook about 6 minutes or until tender.

  • Stir in beans, pimento basil, vinegar and salt and pepper to taste. Simmer for 8 to 10 minutes.
